Serial number has been bound by someone else?

You have to unbind the SN  with the original binder's Right PDF/ Gaaiho account, and then bind it to your account. If you have access to the e-mail mailbox, you can also try resetting the password.

According to our Privacy Statement, we cannot modify any registration information. If you can provide necessary legal documents to prove you are the purchaser of that serial number, we can cancel the bond for you.
