This error message denotes the installer is incompatible with your Windows.

Gaaiho 3 supports 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems respectively, so we provide two different installers.

Solution

Please download the correct installer based on your Windows operating system (starting from Gaaiho PDF 4, it is combined into one installation package. This issue no longer exists).
