Error 127 appears when I am activating a subscription license. Activation failed.

- Account and password are correct, but fails to activate
1. Input incorrect account or password
Please make sure the correct account and password are entered.
2. Forgot your account or password
- Forgot password: Reset your password and activate your subscription license with new password.
- Forgot both account and password: Don't worry. Please contact us and state your personal information so that we can help to retrieve your account.
3. The same account and password can login to online Right PDF/ Gaaiho account, but failed to activate the license
Please login to your online Right PDF/ Gaaiho account, and go to "Reset password" to reset your password.
After your password is successfully reset, activate your license using your new password.
