accidentally moved the tool bar out

I have a Gaaiho Doc 3.0, I accidentally moved a tool out from tool bar from the left hand side, and I cant seem to make it go away or move it back to the tool bar. HELP!

  Hey Mike, here's what you do.
  Move the cursor to tool bar on the left, right mouse click. From the pop up menu, select the last option: Reset Panels.
