How do I activate Right PDF macOS?

Online Activation:

1. Launch Right PDF and click "Right PDF" in the left top > "License Information".

2. Click “Activate” in the License Information window to open product activation dialog

3. Choose “Online" 

4. Enter the License Code, then click OK.

 (You will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes the License Code after purchase)

6. Online activation complete

Offline Activation:

1. Launch Right PDF and click "Right PDF" in the left top > "License Information".

2. Click “Activate” in the License Information window to open product activation dialog

3. Choose “Offline" 

5. Enter the 32 digit License Code, then click OK.

 (You will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes the License Code after purchase)

6. Click "Save" to save data as a file with the extension file name "htm"

7. Copy the saved activation data file to any computer with Internet access, and use browser to open file

8. Click "Upload" on the web document

9. Download license file (.zna) and save

10. Copy the .zna license file back to the computer with Right PDF Suite installed. Repeat Steps 1 to 2 and go to "Import data". Double-click license file (.zna) and click OK.

Important: Please DO NOT close Right PDF during offline activation process. If you accidentally closed Right PDF before the offline activation process is fully completed, please perform offline activation again, and import the new .zna file.

11. Offline activation complete
