Can I transfer software license of PDF文電通專業版

Hi, I've bought a new notebook to replace my old one with "PDF文電通專業版" installed. May I ask if I can transfer "PDF文電通專業版" license to my new notebook by uninstall it in my old notebook and install it on my new notebook using the same activation key ?
