What if I want to move the software (Right PDF) to another computer?

First, you need to deactivate the product on the old computer so that a license copy can be released. Afterwards, you can activate the license on a new computer.

Online Deactivation:

1. Launch any Right PDF software and go to "Help" > "License Information". OR

For Right PDF Pro:

Go to Start > All Programs > Right PDF Pro > License Information. "License Information" window will appear.

For Right PDF Converter:

Go to Start > All Programs > Right PDF Converter > License Information. "License Information" window will appear.

2. Click "Deactivate" button

3. Select "Online" to deactivate the product

4. Wait until the below message appears

Offline Deactivation:

1. Launch any Right PDF software and go to "Help" > "License Information". OR

For Right PDF Pro:

Go to Start > All Programs > Right PDF Pro > License Information. "License Information" window will appear.

For Right PDF Converter:

Go to Start > All Programs > Right PDF Converter > License Information. "License Information" window will appear.

2. Click "Deactivate" to begin

3. Select "Offline" to save it as a .htm file on your local hard drive. 

4. Important: Copy "Deactivation Data.htm" to any computer with internet connection, and open it with a browser

5. Important: Click "Upload" button on the web document

6. Offline deactivation complete
