Why does error "-10180" show, when I activate my subscription license?

Issue

Error -10180 appears when I am activating a subscription license with a license code (serial number). Activation failed. 

Description

You are using the license code (serial number) instead of "account" and "password" to activate a subscription license.

Solution

For subscription license users, when activating the software please login with the "username" and "password" for Rightpdf.com, instead of the license code (serial number).
