How do I activate Gaaiho PDF 5 online/offline?

Online Activation:

1. Launch Gaaiho Doc/Gaaiho Converter and "License Information" window will appear OR

For Gaaiho PDF Suite:
Go to Start > All Programs > Gaaiho > Gaaiho PDF Suite > License Information.

For Gaaiho PDF Converter:
Go to Start > All Programs > Gaaiho > Gaaiho PDF Converter > License Information.

2. Click “Activate” in the License Information window to open product activation dialog

3. Choose "License Code"

4. Choose “Online" 

5. Enter the License Code, then click OK.

 (You will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes the License Code after purchase)

6. Online activation complete

Offline Activation:

1. Launch Gaaiho Doc/Gaaiho Converter and "License Information" window will appear OR

For Gaaiho PDF Suite:
Go to Start > All Programs > Gaaiho > Gaaiho PDF Suite > License Information

For Gaaiho PDF Converter:
Go to Start > All Programs > Gaaiho > Gaaiho PDF Converter > License Information

2. Click “Activate” in the License Information window to open product activation dialog

3. Choose "License Code"

4. Choose “Offline" 

5. Enter the 32 digit License Code, then click OK.

 (You will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes the License Code after purchase)

6. Click "Save" to save data as a file with the extension file name "htm"

7. Copy the saved activation data file to any computer with Internet access, and use browser to open file

8. Click "Upload" on the web document

9. Download license file (.zna) and save

10. Copy the .zna license file back to the computer with Gaaiho PDF Suite installed. Repeat Steps 1 to 2 and go to "Import the activation data". Double-click license file (.zna) and click OK.

Important: Please DO NOT close Gaaiho during offline activation process. If you accidentally closed Gaaiho before the offline activation process is fully completed, please perform offline activation again, and import the new .zna file.

11. Offline activation complete
