Issue
You received an update prompt but something went wrong in the process, which removed the previous version of Right PDF/ Gaaiho. A message then reads: "The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Zeon\RightPDF (Gaaiho)\Right PDF Pro (Gaaiho PDF Suite)\bin. The installation cannot continue. Log on as administrator or contact your system administrator."
Description
Possible causes are:
- [Most likely]There are some running processes or programs on the system that are hindering the removal of certain files crucial to installation during the update.
- You have a previous version of product that has not been completely uninstalled.
Solution
The Correct Update/ Upgrade Procedure
- When the Right PDF/ Gaaiho PDF Updater detects an update, click on "Download" to start the procedure:
- Close the applications mentioned in the box (usually there are only Right PDF/ Gaaiho-related applications), and select "Retry" to continue the update:

- You may now go to "Help" > "License Information" to check your current license info:
What should I do if the update/upgrade failed?
- Restart computer
- Delete the "bin" folder at
- Right PDF: "C:\Program Files (x86)\ZEON\Right PDF\Right PDF Pro\bin"
- Gaaiho PDF: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Zeon\Gaaiho\Gaaiho PDF Suite\bin"

- If the old version of Right PDF/ Gaaiho PDF has already been removed, just download it from Right PDF (Gaaiho) Archive and install:
- Since you've already downloaded the update file during the previous update procedure, you can go to the following path and double-click on the update package to start installation;

- Right PDF: "C:\ProgramData\Zeon\RightPDF\Update\Right PDF Pro"

3. If you have the old version on your PC, you may also installed the original version and select "Help" > "Check for Updates" and follow "The Correct Update/ Upgrade Procedure" as shown above.
