Why Excel does not respond when I right-click .xls file and try to convert it to PDF?

Issue

Excel does not respond when I right-click .xls file and try to convert it to PDF with Office XP.

Description

This error is caused by Office XP, not PDF Driver. 

Solution

Please download Service Pack 3 of Office XP from Microsoft website.
