I cannot find my Right PDF Editor menu bar?

Issue

Menu bar disappeared in a specific PDF file.

Description

The "Initial View" setting of "Menu bar" may have been hidden by the author. 

Solution

1. Open the PDF file with Right PDF Editor > select "Document Properties..."
   ​
   
   
2. select "Initial View" > deselect Hide "Menu bar" > "OK"
   ​

The menu bar for this particular PDF file should reappear.
