PDF File Scrollbar Missing

Issue

When open a PDF file, the scrollbar on the right-hand side is missing.

Description

The "Window controls" under "Initial View" setting may have been hidden by the author. 

Solution

Note: This setting is only available in  Right PDF Editor, not Right PDF Reader.

1. Go to "File" > "Info" >"More Properties"
2. select "Initial View", under "Hide" uncheck the "Window controls" checkbox
