I cannot set conversion settings for Converter/ Driver, what should I do?

Issue

Conversion settings appears blank and unable to set conversion settings for Converter/ Driver.

Description

If Converter/ Driver's conversion task fails, it would cause configuration file path error in the registry, making the watermark and encryption settings blank.

Solution

Close Converter/ Driver and delete the following,

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Zeon\Right PDF (Gaaiho)\PDF Driver (Gaaiho PDF) in registry, then restart Converter/ Driver.
