Why are my PPT's hyperlinks not working in PDF after conversion?

Issue

PowerPoint's hyperlinks not working in PDF after conversion.

Description

The first possibility could be "Add link to PDF" check box under the Right PDF/ Gaaiho PDF Add-in is not selected. The second reason could be, using the virtual printer to convert files instead of using the Right PDF/ Gaaiho add-in or Save as Right PDF/ Gaaiho PDF. 

Solution

To check the settings, go to the top tab of  "Right PDF"/ "Gaaiho PDF" add-in in PowerPoint and click "Settings". See if "Add link to PDF" is checked. If so, use the add-in function to convert the PowerPoint file or "Save as Right PDF/ Gaaiho PDF" under "File", and the hyperlinks will remain active in the PDF.
