I run Outlook and then run Microsoft Word 2003, and cannot see Gaaiho icon?

Issue

After running Outlook and then run Microsoft Word 2003, I cannot see Gaaiho icon.

Description

If you have set Microsoft Word as the editor program for e-mail, it will automatically launch Microsoft Word whenever Outlook is started. If you initiate Microsoft Word again, the application being run is in fact a replica Word. 

Solution

Please try the following steps: 
1. Right-click Word's tool bar and select "Gaaiho PDF Word" to display icon
2. Select "Tool > Options" in Outlook
3. Uncheck "Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages" and "Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to read RTF e-mails" under "Mail Format" label
3. Now Microsoft Outlook will not launch Word again
