Issue
Unable to deactivate Right PDF/ Gaaiho PDF license on my computer.
Description
For users of Perpetual license, there are several common causes which unable you to deactivate via normal means (i.e. click the “Deactivate” button) anymore:
- A tragic computer breakdown
- OS upgraded/reformatted/re-installed without deactivation
- Product removal without deactivation (for products before Gaaiho PDF 4)
Solution
Without proper countermeasure, this will freeze a copy of your license and will no longer be available. Don’t worry, please refer to the solutions below:

The Fastest Way: Deactivate online
Please follow the instructions and clean your activation records online. After the clean up, the operation will affect all the previously activated licenses up until before this clean up. and you will need to re-activate them once more. This solution is suitable for those who only have a few copies or with too many unusable license copies; otherwise, please contact our support (the second way, right below).
Note:
1. Every serial number can only be deactivated online twice.
2. Online deactivation is irreversible. If you need assistance, please contact our technical support team. -

Submit a ticket at support.gaaiho.com along with the serial number (or any info that might help us find it) and a brief description. During our working hours, we will get to your request as soon as possible.

I did not install PDFWizard but it somehow got into my system. I am using Windows 10. I have PaperPort 14 and starting a month or so ago, whenever I scan a document, a PDFWizard Trial watermark appears that I cannot get rid of. How could it have gotten into my system and how do I get rid of it??? I have checked "Progams and Features" and cannot find the program to uninstall. PLEASE HELP!!!
