I've reached the activation limit, what should I do?

Issue

Activation limit reached (error code 12). Unable to activate on new devices.

Description

This means that all of your license copies have been occupied.

Solution

If you want to switch to another computer, please deactivate a copy in advance. If you intend to add users, please purchase more licenses (Perpetual license/ Subscription). 

The deactivation steps (Right PDF/ Gaaiho) follow below:
1. Go to Start- All Programs - Right PDF Pro/ Converter (Gaaiho - Gaaiho PDF Suite) - "License Information" dialog box  
2. Click "Deactivate" button (if the software is not activated, it displays "Activate")
3. Move to the new computer and enter the serial number to activate
