Why am I getting error "0x20020101"?

Issue

Error "0x20020101" when activating Right PDF/ Gaaiho PDF products. Activation failed.

Description

There is some problem with the activation data during activation which causes the activation to fail. 

Solution

Option 1:

Please try Offline Activation.

Option 2: 

1. Uninstall all Right PDF/ Gaaiho PDF products in your computer
2. Reboot the computer
3. Delete the folders in the following paths ( *see below instruction on how to show hidden folders):
   (Windows 7): “[systemdrive]:\ProgramData\Zeon\RightPDF(Gaaiho)\ZNSL”and “[systemdrive]:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\ZEON”
   
   (Windows 10): "[systemdrive]:\ProgramData\Zeon\RightPDF(Gaaiho)\ZNSL" and "[systemdrive]:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\ZEON" and "[systemdrive]:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Zeon\RightPDF(Gaaiho)\ZNSL"
4. Re-install the Right PDF/ Gaaiho PDF product
5. Activate the product using the same serial number (read this article if you've reached the activation limit).

* ProgramData and AppData are hidden folders. To show hidden items in your folder, go to "View" and under "Show/hide" check "Hidden items".
