Why does error "125" show during offline activation?

Issue

While trying to offline activate Right PDF/ Gaaiho with a license code, a message shows error code "125" and offline activation fails.

Description

Error 125 occurs when the .htm file uploaded and the .zna file imported is not the latest offline activation file generated.

Solution

Please generate another offline activation .htm, and make sure it is the latest .htm and .zna file before uploading and importing.

Important: Please DO NOT close Right PDF/ Gaaiho during offline activation process. If you accidentally closed Right PDF/ Gaaiho before the offline activation process is completed, please perform offline activation again.
