Why does error "102" show during offline de-activation?

Issue

While trying to offline deactivate Right PDF/ Gaaiho, a message shows error code "102" and offline deactivation fails.

Description

Error 102 occurs when the .htm file uploaded is not the latest offline de-activation file generated.

Solution

Please make sure it is the latest htm file before uploading.
