Why does error "0x20020215" show during offline activation?

Issue

When performing offline activation, error code "0x20020215" appeared and offline activation failed.

Description 

It usually happens when a user is attempting to import the activation data (.zna). "0x20022015" means the program is unable to write license file into the computer. 

Solution: 

1. Uninstall all Right PDF/ Gaaiho products on your computer
2. Reboot
3. Go to path "%SystemDrive%\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\"(In Windows 7 or Vista, "%SystemDrive%\ProgramData") and delete "Zeon" folder
4. Re-install Right PDF/ Gaaiho
5. Export activation data, upload and download a new license file (.zna) to activate
