Auto-deactivation failed when uninstalling product, what do I do?

Issue

Auto-deactivation failed when uninstalling product resulting in activation limit exceeded.

Description

The application failed to release its license automatically when uninstalling Gaaiho PDF Suite 3 and above, resulting in activation limit exceeded.

Solution

1. When uninstalling Gaaiho PDF Suite 3 and above, the application will release its license automatically. If auto-deactivation fails during un-installation or you have deleted the folder in which Gaaiho is installed in, you may download and run the “Deactivation Tool” to release the license from the computer.
   Note: this tool might not work properly after you replace some of the computer’s physical components (e.g. HDD) or change certain system settings.
